| 1.) | The warranty given for any space products purchased will be applicable for not more than one year from the date of purchase as per the given terms and conditions. | |
| 2.) | All the parts defective in material or workmanship are covered by us free of cost.No conditions applies for any type of physical,incidental or consequential damages. | |
| 3.) | The goods in case of defects are to be returned via authorised dealer to the company strictly with warranty card duly stamped with dates and copy of purchase bill document.Customers signature is mandatory on warranty card for legal confirmation of terms and conditions. | |
| 4.) | Any material forwarded to the factory directly without authorization will not be entertained and will be returned unopened . | |
| 5.) | The warranty does not cover a defect that has resulted from improper, unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorised tampering, alteration or modification as solely determined by us. | |
| 6.) | All the products unless technically specified for non-domestic use will not cover warranty in any case and the charges will be applicable. | |
| 7.) | You are requested to save the original packing if possible or make appropiate arrangements of packing before transportation of goods to avoid further physical damages.Charges for new cartons required after Service will be applicable at reasonable cost. | |
